Whole chicken marinated overnight in our house blend of yogurt, ginger, garlic and aromatic spices — then cooked at high heat in a traditional clay tandoor. Smoky, juicy and unmistakably Sangam.

Hand-stretched and slapped onto the inner walls of the tandoor, our naan comes out blistered, pillowy and perfectly charred. Plain, garlic or stuffed — made to order in front of your guests.

Minced lamb or chicken blended with fresh herbs, green chilli and warming spices, hand-pressed onto skewers and grilled over live coals. Served with mint chutney and pickled onions.

Thick-cut lamb chops marinated for 24 hours in a bold blend of yogurt, Kashmiri chilli, garam masala and fresh ginger — then finished in the tandoor at searing heat. Charred on the outside, meltingly tender within. A showstopper at any live station.

A standard live grill setup needs approximately 10×10 ft of space with access to a power outlet. We handle all setup and teardown.
Absolutely. We work with you to build a station menu that fits your event theme, dietary requirements and guest count. Vegetarian and vegan options are always available.
We recommend the live grill station for events of 75 guests or more. For smaller gatherings, our buffet catering packages are a great fit.
