Modern Indian Fusion
We took everything you love about Indian food and smashed it into street-food format. The result? Absolutely kick-ass.
The Concept
This isn't the food truck that just has Chicken Curry rice and naan. We're way more kick-ass than that. Sangam Street Eats takes the bold, complex flavours of authentic Indian cuisine and reimagines them in formats your guests will go wild for.
"Modern Indian Fusion… Better than your neighbor trying to be 'The Modern Aunty'"
The Lineup
Crispy fries smothered in our signature butter chicken gravy, topped with cheese curds and fresh cilantro. Canada meets India — and it works.
Crispy aloo tikki nestled in a warm taco shell with mint chutney, tamarind drizzle, pickled onions and a kick of green chilli.
Slow-marinated in a house tandoori spice blend, these ribs are grilled to perfection — smoky, charred edges with a juicy, spiced centre.
Spiced chana masala wrapped in a flaky paratha-style roti with raita, pickled jalapeños and fresh herbs. The fusion wrap you didn't know you needed.

Got Questions?
Can we book the food truck for a private event?
Absolutely. The Sangam Street Eats truck is available for private bookings — weddings, corporate events, grad parties, you name it. Fill out the inquiry form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum guest count for the food truck?
We typically require a minimum of 50 guests for private food truck bookings. For smaller gatherings, our buffet catering packages may be a better fit.
Do you offer vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes — several of our fusion items are fully plant-based or easily made vegan. We'll clearly label everything and can customize the menu to your guests' dietary needs.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for peak season (May–September). For off-season events, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient.
